Na kraju dodajte jaja i margarin, sklonite sa vatre i mutite mikserom 2-3 minuta.</span><br /></div><div>U drugi sud sipajte 3 dl mleka, dodajte šećer i stavite na vatru. U ostatak mleka rastvorite puding od čokolade i kakao pa dodajte u provrelo mleko. Kuvajte uz mešanje dok se ne zgusne, sklonite sa vatre i u mlak puding dodajte margarin. Mutite mikserom 2-3 minuta.</div><div>U treći sud sipajte 2 dl vode, dodajte šećer i jagode, stavite da se kuva a u ostatamk vode rastvorite gustin da nema grudvica pa ga dodajte u jagode. Za koru umutite belanca u šam pa dodajte šećer i mutite mikserom najjačom brzimom dok se šećer ne rastopi a zatim špatulom umešajte brašno. Od smese pecite 2 iste kore u okruglom kalupu u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 st. 15-20 min. Pečene kore izvadite iz rerne i ostavite da se hlade.</span><br /></div><div>Za krem umutite žumanca pa dodajte 2 dl mleka, puding i gustin i sve dobro sjedinite da nema grudvica. Ostatak mleka sa šećerom stavite da provri pa mu dodajte smesu i sve zajedno kuvajte, uz mešanje dok se ne zgusne. Sklonite sa vatre i u mlak krem dodajte margarin pa sve dobro izmiksajte.</div><div>Posebno u sud stavite jagode, dodajte šećer i 1,5 dl vode pa kuvajte oko 3 minuta. Posebno u 0,5 dl vode rastvorite gustin pa ga dodajte u jagode. Kuvajte dok ne dobije potrebnu gustinu pa sklonite sa vatre i osavite da se ohladi.</div><div>Slaganje: I kora - pola krema - voćni fil - ostatak krema - II kora. </div><div>Celu tortu premažite šlagom pripremljenim po uputstvu na ambalaži. Nakon toga dodajte krompir isečen na komade i opran pirinač a zatim i alevu papriku, sve promešajte pa nalijte toplom vodom da bude 2-3 prsta iznad. Posolite, pobiberite, dodajte lovorov list pa sud stavite u rernu zagrejanu na 200 st. Nakon pola sata proverite da li je krompir pečen i pirinač omekšao i ukoliko nije nastavite da pečete još desetak minuta a možete i nakon pola sata da isključite rernu i jelo ostavite u njoj kako bi pirinač upio tečnost (jelo ne treba biti ni suviše tečno a ni suvo). Pokrijte sud folijom i stavite u rernu da se peče oko pola sata na 200 st a zatim uklonite foliju i pecite još oko pola sata na 180 st. Nakon toga izvadite sud iz rerne pa odvadite nekoliko kašika tečnosti u kojoj ćete izmešati brašno i pola kašike aleve paprike pa time preliti punjene paprike. Mutite dok šam ne postane sjajan i gust pa špatulom lagano umešajte brašno, gustin, kakao i pecivo i na kraju dodajte ulje i mleko.</span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span>Dobijenu smese sipajte u dva ista kalupa prečnika 18-20 cm. koja ste prekrili pek papirom ukoliko želite okruglu tortu ili u jedan veći pravougaoni pa podelite koru na dva dela. Pecite na 180 st. oko 15 minuta.</span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span> </span>Za krem u jedan sud stavite 3 kašike šećera da se malo karamelizuje pa odmah dodajte 4 dl mleka i karamele pa sve kuvajte na umerenoj vatri dok se karamele ne otope.</div><div style="text-align: left;">Za to vreme u drugi sud umutite žumanca sa 3 kašike šećera pa dodajte gustin i ostatak mleka. Sjedinite da nema grudvica pa tu smesu dodajte u mleko sa karamelama. Kuvajte dok se ne zgusne pa pokrijte providnom folijom i ostavite da se hladi.</div><div style="text-align: left;">Posebno umutite margarin sa prah šećerom pa ga dodajte kašiku po kašiku u prohlađen krem neprestano muteći mikserom..</div><div style="text-align: left;">Umutite šlag krem po uputstvu na ambalaži pa 4-5 kašika dodajte u krem.</div><div style="text-align: left;">Na tacnu za služenje stavite prvu koru pa je premažite polovinom krema, zatim stavite drugu koru pa i nju premažite ostatkom krema.</div><div style="text-align: left;">Celu tortu dekorišite ostatkom šlag krema i ostavite je u frižider da se dobro ohladi pre služenja.</div><div style="text-align: left;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; U umućen šam dodajte jedno po jedno žumance pa mutite još koji minut. Na kraju lagano umešajte mešavinu brašna, kakaoa i peciva. Izrućite smesu u okugli kalup prekriven pek papirom i pecite koru na 180 st. oko 15 minuta. Pečenu koru izvadite iz rerne i kada se ohladi presecite je na pola.</span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span>Pripremite želatin po uputstvu na ambalaži. Počnite da mešate testo varjačom uz postepeno dodavanje mlake vode. Sada dodajte i so i nastavite da mesite rukama sve dok ne dobijete glatko testo koje se ne lepi za ruke. Po potrebi ruke namažite uljem. Testo pokrijte i ostavite na toplom da naraste (ja nekada stavim u sasvim mlaku rernu).</span><br /></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span>Naraslo testo izručite na radnu površinu posutu brašnom i lagano premesite pa podelite na sedam delova (lopti). Svaku od šest lopti razvucite oklagijom u jajast oblik, premažite je rastopljenim margarinom, zatim zasecite nožem 6-7 puta do polovine pa urolajte, počevši od nesečenog dela ka isečenom.</span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span>Poređajte u pouljenoj posudi za pečenje tako da popunite ceo krug a sredinu suda popunite preostalom sedmom loptom testa koju ste takođe premazali margarinom.</span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span>Napomena: za ukrašavanje zamesite testo od brašna, vode i malo gustina bez kvasca. Pravite ukrase po sopstvenoj želji.</span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span>Sud sa česnicom pokrijte i ostavite da odmara još 10-15 min. pa je premažite umućenim jajetom i pospite po želji susamom. U međuvremenu razmutite 4 kašike gustina u ostatak tečnosti iz kompota pa dodajte u provrele višnje. </span>Kuvajte dok se ne zgusne pa ostavite da se hladi.</div><div>U zaseban sud žicom umutite jaja sa 5 kašika šećera i vanilom pa dodajte 5 kašika gustina i mleko, sve dobro sjedinite i stavite da se kuva. Kada se krem zgusne, sklonite sa vatre i u mlak dodajte margarin.</div><div>Sve dobro umutite mikserom.</div><div>Pokvasite plazmu u mleko i ređajte na pravougaonu tacnu. Preko ravnomerno nanesite voćni fil. </div><div>Umutite šlag po uputstvu na ambalaži i 2-3 kašike dodajte u žut krem pa njime premažite voćni fil. Ostatkom šlaga ukrasite kolač po želji. Na kraju stavite dobro opran limun isečen na kolutove. Sklonite sa vatre i ostavite da se hladi.</span><br /></div><div><span>U manji sud otopite margarin pa dodajte ulje i izmešajte.</span></div><div><span>Posebno u manji sud kratko propržite griz na suvom tiganju pa ga dodajte u mlevene orahe.</span></div><div><span>Odgovarajući pleh podmažite mešavinom margarina i ulja.</span></div><div><span>Raširite jednu koru, premažite je sa malo mešavine margarina i ulja pa na početku ivice uzduž nanesite mešavinu oraha i griza (vodite računa da imate za sve kore). Čvrsto urolajte koru i stavite je na pleh.</span></div><div><span>Ponovite postupak dok ne utrošite sav materijal.</span></div><div><span>PS. Ukoliko su vam kore isuviše tanke koristite po 2 kore.</span></div><div>Urolane kore isecite (kao na slici), prelijte ih ostatkom mešavine margarina i ulja pa pecite u rerni zagrejanoj na 180 st oko pola sata (zavisno od rerne), tj. dok ne porumene. </div><div>Izvadite pleh iz rerne pa još vruće baklavice prelijte hladnim sirupom.</div><div>Ostavite da baklavice upiju sirup i moja je preporuka da ih ostavite da stoje makar 24 h, pa ih tek tada poslužite.</div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; Oblikujte testo u loptu a zatim ga prebacite u sud, pokrijte i ostavite da naraste.</span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span>Naraslo testo izvadite iz suda i od njega pažljivo oblikujte veknu. Stavite je na pouljenu posudu za pečenje i na nekoliko mesta je žiletom zasecite ukoso. Sve dobro izmešajte pa stavite u okrugli kalup sa obručem koji ste predhodno prekrili tankom streč folijom. Dobro ih zatvorite čistim original poklopcima.</div><div style="text-align: left;">U veći dublji sud stavite čistu krpu pa poređajte tegle sa jagodama. Nalijte vodu da doseže skoro do grlića tegli i stavite da se kuva. Kada voda proključa, smanjite na umerenu temperaturu i kuvajte još desetak minuta pa isključite. Sipajte u okrugli kalup koji ste prekrili pek papirom i pecite na 180_200 st (zavisno od rerne) oko 15 min. Pečenu koru izvadite iz rerne.</span><br /></div><div><span>U jedan sud sipajte 3 dl mleka, dodajte puding i gustin i sve dobro sjedinite. U drugi sud sipajte ostatak mleka, dodajte šećer pa kada provri dodajte puding i kuvajte uz mešanje dok se ne zgusne. Od nje oblikujte 12 loptica (kuglica) i stavljajte ih na plitak tanjir. </span></div><div><span>U kalup za mafine stavite papirne korpice pa svaku napunite do pola tamnom smesom. U sredinu utisnite po jednu lopticu od kokosa pa dopunite korpice ostatkom tamne smese.</span></div><div><span>Stavite kalup u rernu zagrejanu na 180 st i pecite oko 20-25 min. (zavisno od rerne).</span></div><div><span>Za to vreme na laganoj vatri otopite izlomljenu čokoladu, kakao, mleko i margarin, sve vreme mešajući.</span></div><div><span>Pečene mafine sa korpicama izvadite iz kalupa, malo ih ohladite pa vrh prelijte mlakom čokoladnom glazurom. </span></div><div><span>Ostavite da se glazura dovoljno stegne pa mafine po želji umačite u kokos, rendanu čokoladu ili mešavinu kokosa i rendane čokolade. Negde na polovinu posolite paprike. Kada paprike počnu da ispuštaju svoju masnoću, tj. postanu kremaste, gotove su.</div><div>Za to vreme u rernu sterilišite oprane tegle oko dedetak minuta na 100 st. i odmah vruće paprike sipajte u vruće tegle. Presecite ga uzdužno na pola pa svaku polovinu nožem zasecite do drške. Stavite obe polovine u vodu i kuvajte 2-3 min. a zatim dobro ocedite pomoću papirnog ubrusa.</span><br /></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span>U jedan tanjir umutite jaja a u drugi stavite brašno, prezle, so, mleveni biber, alevu papriku, suvi začin, beli luk u prahu i origanu pa sve dobro izmešajte.</span></div><div style="text-align: left;"><span>Svaki komad patlidžana najpre uvaljajte u suvu smesu a potom u jaja pa pržite na zagrejanom ulju sa obe strane dok ne porumene.
